At TechSphere Books, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 8 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility:

• The book must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
• Returns are only accepted for physical copies; digital products are non-refundable.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service at support@techsphere.com.ng with your order details.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
